As we expand our offshore activities, we’re looking for passionate and driven talent to help shape the future of well delivery. If you're an experienced Completion Engineer ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic team, this is your opportunity to make a real impact from day one
Key Responsibilities
- Develop completion concepts for our new projects, maximising value whilst minimizing risk; deliver sound drilling and wells engineering to take projects through early stage gates
- Plan and design completion operations in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Develop activity plans for well completion and participate in execution of upcoming wells.
- Ensure lessons learned are captured and integrated into future designs
- Conduct QA/QC of supplier services, equipment and studies - including audits and investigations
- Provide technical input for tenders and contract evaluations
- Actively participate in internal and external technical networks
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or other relevant field (MSc preferred)
- Preferably 10 years of relevant experience in well engineering and completion operations
Experience
- Solid experience in planning and execution of offshore well completion.
- Experience with subsea development wells, including early-phase concept work. MLT experience is a plus.
- Extensive experience in well planning and engineering software tools
- Strong understanding of development and exploration wells, HSE, field operations, and commercial aspects
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
- Offshore operational experience preferred

Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Norwegian is preferred as a second language
