Alison Booth, Reservoir Engineer, Catcher
Alison is a reservoir engineer supporting Harbour's Catcher offshore producing area in the UK North Sea. She joined the company in 2017 and is co-chair of the first Pride Network for Harbour Energy.
She joined the company as an economist while studying petroleum engineering through distance learning, becoming a reservoir engineer in 2017. She is Co-Chair of the first Pride Network for Harbour Energy.

Martin is a graduate process engineer supporting the North Everest production asset within the Armada, Everest, Lomond and Erskine (AELE) hub in the UK. He recently moved to the role after his first rotation on the graduate programme as a process safety engineer within Harbour's HSES team.

After 20 years of working across the public and private sector, Mavis Angaboso's recent appointment at Harbour feels like a homecoming to a role that plays firmly to her strengths.
Growing up in the oil city of Warri in Nigeria where her dad worked for Shell, Mavis has fond memories of her childhood in the eighties in a very close-knit family. Like a lot of youngsters, she dreamed of being an actor when she grew up, something that has stayed with her to this day where she is part of a keen amateur theatre group and has even been an extra in Dr Who.

Dale Checksfield, Offshore Installation Manager, North Everest
As offshore installation manager, Dale oversees our North Everest platform and its bridge-linked CATS riser platform. His focus is on maintaining production from the late life Everest field and ensuring the safety of everyone onboard.
This role and the responsibility that goes with it is truly a great achievement for a boy who left school in Scarborough at 16 and headed straight to sea on a ‘non-traditional’ vocational pathway.

Jon Reed, Facilities Team Leader, Britannia
People with passion and integrity, like Jon, our Facilities Team Leader on the Britannia platform are at the heart of Harbour Energy.
His role offshore is to manage vessel and helicopter operations, oversee scaffolding, rigging, crane operations and maintenance, fabric maintenance, deck crew, materials and catering. ‘I don’t seem to have enough hours in a day, but I really enjoy the fact that there are never two days the same,’ he says.
