Location: Rijkswijk, Nertherlands
Purpose of Role:
Provide Master data support to the Corporate ERP systems, creating and maintaining system master data whilst ensuring data integrity.
Critical Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and Harbour Energy HSES Procedures
Ethics and Compliance Responsibilities:
Ensure that all activities and behaviours are carried out in accordance with Harbour Energy’s Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures, and to complete any compulsory compliance training as required
Areas of Accountability, Responsibility and Competence:
Direct SAP Support
Ongoing support and maintenance of finance master data across two different instances of SAP including, amongst others:
- Business Partners
- GL Accounts
- Profit Centres
- JV Equity groups
- Cost Centres & WBS elements
- · Creation of master data across group and multiple BU’s in-line with local standards
- · Ensuring data integrity by employing and evidencing robust process and controls
- · Raising awareness of key cross-functional interdependencies of master data across systems and associated master data attributes
- · Liaising with BU’s on process enhancements
- · Performing system functional integrity testing where appropriate
- · Internal and External audit support as required
Other Activities
- · Participating in cross-functional Integration projects and new system rollouts which have a master data impact
- · Master data Administration for finance peripheral systems
- · Any other reasonable duty as per instruction by your manager.
Critical Skills, Qualifications, Experience, etc.:
- · Degree qualified and with recognised accounting qualification ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
- · Excellent accountant with proven track record
- · Strong analytical skills
- · Experience of SAP master data
- · Strong MS Office skills
- · Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at interacting with individuals at all levels in the organisation
- Focus on service delivery to business and functions
- Flexible and responsive to stakeholder requirements and changing environment
- Ability to deliver high quality work by deadlines and work effectively under time pressure
