Purpose of Role:
- The resource will be primarily responsible for supporting Procurement operations through the management of supplier onboarding, master data, and system-related activities in Coupa.
- The role includes providing training and ongoing support to internal and external users, ensuring correct system usage and compliance with procurement processes.
Critical Responsibilities (MAE/MATTE/HSES*):
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and Harbour Energy HSES Procedures.
Ethics and Compliance Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all activities and behaviours are carried out in accordance with Harbour Energy’s Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures and to complete any compulsory compliance training as required.
Areas of Accountability, Responsibility and Competence:
- Own and manage the end-to-end supplier onboarding process in Coupa, ensuring timely activation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and ensure integrity of supplier master data.
- Provide functional support to internal users and external suppliers, resolving issues related to requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and system usage.
- Deliver training and guidance to users and suppliers to ensure correct adoption of procurement processes and system functionalities.
- Ensure suppliers comply with purchase order requirements and invoicing standards to avoid payment delays or rejections.
- Act as a coordination point between Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Monitor onboarding and transactional processes.
Critical Skills*, Qualifications, Experience, etc.:
Technical Skills
- Experience with Coupa or similar ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience in master data management.
Non-Technical Skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
- Effective communication with internal users and external suppliers.
Professional Experience
- Experience in Procurement operations, P2P processes, supplier onboarding, or system support roles.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Language
- Fluent in English
- Spanish (native)
