Purpose of Role:
- The Senior Recruitment Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment activity for the Mexico Business Unit, partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver effective, compliant and inclusive hiring outcomes. The role will provide practical recruitment advice, maintain accurate recruitment data and systems, support proactive sourcing activity, and help ensure a consistent candidate and stakeholder experience aligned to Harbour’s values.
Critical Responsibilities (MAE/MATTE/HSES*):
- Ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and Harbour Energy HSES Procedures.
Ethics and Compliance Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all activities and behaviours are carried out in accordance with Harbour Energy’s Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures and to complete any compulsory compliance training as required.
Areas of Accountability, Responsibility and Competence:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activity for assigned roles, ensuring clear role briefings, attraction plans, interview processes and hiring timelines are agreed with hiring managers.
- Provide practical recruitment advice to hiring managers, sharing relevant market insight and supporting fair, consistent and inclusive hiring decisions.
- Conduct direct sourcing and candidate engagement activity to build quality shortlists aligned to business requirements and Harbour’s values.
- Coordinate recruitment processes with candidates, hiring managers, HR stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure a positive and timely experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in SAP Recruiting, Fieldglass and other relevant systems, ensuring reporting is reliable and up to date.
- Monitor recruitment performance, pipeline progress and supplier activity, escalating risks or delays where required.
- Support the delivery of DE&I initiatives by embedding inclusive recruitment practices throughout sourcing, assessment and selection.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, templates, guidance and ways of working.
- Support training and guidance for hiring managers and HR colleagues on recruitment process, systems and good hiring practice.
- Ensure recruitment activity is delivered in line with company policy, local legislation, data privacy requirements and agreed governance standards.
- Support graduate, intern or early careers recruitment activity where required, including coordination of assessment and selection processes.
- Participate in local or global recruitment projects as required, providing operational input and supporting implementation.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role and job level.
Critical Skills*, Qualifications, Experience, etc.:
Technical Skills
- Confident using direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applying structured candidate search techniques.
- Experience using SAP Recruiting, Fieldglass or similar recruitment systems is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft 360.
Non-Technical Skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external partners.
- Good understanding of inclusive recruitment practices, selection processes and candidate experience principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and practical guidance.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and system data.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment, working in an in-house or agency recruitment role, ideally supporting technical, professional or corporate functions.
Education
- Bachelor´s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or another relevant field.
Language
- English: Proficient (written and spoken).
- Spanish: Native.
