Purpose of Role:

 

  • The Business Graduate will participate in a structured development program designed to accelerate learning and build strong business acumen across multiple functional areas. This role provides high-potential graduates with hands-on experience through cross-functional rotations in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations, and Strategy.
  • The objective of the role is to develop future business leaders by exposing them to strategic projects, operational challenges, and decision-making processes while contributing tangible value to the organization.

 

Critical Responsibilities (MAE/MATTE/HSES*):

 

  • Ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and Harbour Energy HSES Procedures.

 

Ethics and Compliance Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and Harbour Energy HSES Procedures, as well as industry best practices. 

Areas of Accountability, Responsibility and Competence:

 

  • Participate in a structured rotation program across different business functions.
  • Support strategic and operational projects aligned with business priorities.
  • Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
  • Present findings and recommendations to managers and senior leadership.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s business model, market dynamics, and operational processes.
  • Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure timely execution.
  • Demonstrate continuous learning and proactive engagement in all assigned rotations.

 

Critical Skills*, Qualifications, Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree (preferred; MBA or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
  • Outstanding academic record.
  • International exposure or extracurricular leadership experience is a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required); data analysis tools are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Spanish: Native.
  • English: Advanced (written and spoken).
